Your First Dance officially opens the dance floor. We recommend a short break after the speeches to allow the catering staff time to clear the tables and your guests to utilize the facilities. This also allows the Bride & Groom a chance to freshen up before the First Dance. Each year there are several new songs that are popular but keep in mind that your first and last dance do not have to be special to anyone but the two of you. The last dance for the Bride & Groom may not necessarily be the final song of the evening, but if done to early followed by their departure will quite often prematurely end the reception.
